I'm not in the UK, is it okay?
Sure. The majority of my clients are based in the USA. Our coaching team will be on hand to support you and respond to messages if you're in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia etc. You won’t have to wait longer for a response than any of my UK-based clients.
Are your results typical?
Absolutely. I can’t promise everyone will get the same results for the simple reason everyone puts in different amounts of effort. I can promise, however, if you give 100% to the process, you will completely transform your body.
Should I be worried if I am old?
Don’t be. The majority of our clients are between 40-65 years old. The only thing that matters is that you’re ready to transform your health and have longevity as your age.
What if I have an injury?

Should I be worried if I travel a lot?
