Chapter 1

The Breaking Point

8 years ago, I was standing on a balcony in London. And it felt like it was about to snap.
Then I’d tumble to my death into the city 9 floors below.

The balcony wouldn’t snap just because of my physical weight (which was a lot)...
The balcony felt like it would snap because of the weight of my past decisions.

The weight of how much I hated my job. The weight of the 12-hour shift I completed. The weight of not being able to afford rent. The weight of not being able to accomplish my dreams.

But let's cut to the chase…

Imagine standing alone city lights mocking you from below, a cold breeze slapping your face.

That night, as I leaned over the railing, hands buried in my hair, I wasn't just physically alone.

I was at rock bottom. Deep down, I knew I was screwing up, big time.

Absolutely. I can’t promise everyone will get the same results for the simple reason everyone puts in different amounts of effort. I can promise, however, if you give 100% to the process, you will completely transform your body.

Should I be worried if I am old?
